<p>Are you an experienced barista looking for your next move?</p><p><br /></p><p>At Redemption Roasters, we believe great coffee can change lives. Our mission is to reduce reoffending by training people in prison and supporting them into work on release – often in our own cafés.</p><p><br /></p><p>After a busy few months, we’re now hiring an experienced part-time barista at our Holborn branch. This role would be for 3 days per week, including weekends.</p><p><br /></p><p>Our baristas are the heart of our cafés – crafting every drink with care, greeting every guest, and bringing positive energy to the team. By supporting and encouraging others to do the same, you’ll play a vital front-line role in delivering our social mission.</p><p><br /></p><p>You Will:</p><ul><li>Deliver warm, energetic hospitality that makes every guest feel seen and welcomed – things like remembering names and orders, making great conversation and lifting someone’s day.</li><li>Craft and prepare delicious coffee, drinks and food, with care and consistency.</li><li>Keep your workspace clean, organised, and well-stocked – during service, not just at the end of the day.</li><li>Work flexibly across all areas of the café – from front of house to bar to kitchen – stepping in where needed and always staying engaged.</li><li>Follow food safety and hygiene protocols with care and attention to detail.</li><li>Collaborate with teammates, offer help, and contribute to a positive team environment.</li><li>Support programme participants and new starters by being approachable, reliable, and inclusive.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>You Are:</p><ul><li>Friendly, thoughtful, and reliable – someone who brings good energy to every shift.</li><li>Passionate about great coffee, food, and service – and eager to keep learning and improving.</li><li>Quick to spot what needs doing and happy to pitch in without being asked.</li><li>Proud of your work, whether you’re steaming milk, cleaning down, or chatting to a regular.</li><li>Committed to working in a respectful, inclusive team and contributing to our wider mission.</li><li>A consistent, proactive teammate who others can count on.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>If this sounds like you, apply now!</p>
